  • How Long Does It Take To Make A Reform With Crea Interiores?

    The duration of the work is very variable, since it depends on the scope of the reform. As examples, approximately for a complete reform of a house would be necessary about 45 working days. In the case of a kitchen, approximately 20 working days. For a reform of a bathroom, 10 working days.

  • Can I continue to live in my home during retirement?

    It depends on the scope of the reform. If it is a complete renovation, it will be complicated. If, on the contrary, the reform reaches only one of the depedences of the same, there would be no problem provided that certain discomforts such as dust and noise are endured.

  • Do I have to ask for permission to do my retirement?

    Yes, you must apply for the minor work permit at your city hall. The license is a tax that the municipalities charge to the owners who make a reform in their house. Its amount varies according to the scope of the reform but approximately 120€, plus a percentage of the budget (around 6%).
